Family friendly home located in a quiet neighborhood in North Meridian. The home has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area perfect for gathering. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms plus a small playroom loft. The backyard features a large covered patio with grill and propane fireplace with spacious fully fenced yard perfect for kids or dogs. The neighborhood has multiple parks with playgrounds that are walkable from the home. Guests will have access to the two car garage that has ample storage shelving. With grocery stores, restaurants and freeway access close by, it is the perfect North Meridian location!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly home up to 2 pets. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. All bedrooms are on the second level up one flight of stairs.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
