You will have ample parking, a private office with an ergonomic chair, direct Ethernet internet, a cozy queen bed and an extra-large twin, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy key code entry. It includes laundry facilities and is U-haul/box truck friendly, ensuring convenience no matter how you travel.
Traveling with other friends, family, or co-workers that want to be nearby but with their own space? Check to see if the next door unit called "The Retro" is available! We also have 2 more similar units in the same neighborhood called "The Explorer" and "The Garden".

Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. This unit is not pet friendly. The garage is not included and locked off from guest use.

DUPLEX | The property is considered multi-family, meaning that there is a unit located next door sharing a common wall. So far, there haven't been any issues with noise or privacy, but it may affect your expectations and stay.

EXTRA PARKING | We have a 40’ paved driveway and gravel parking that can accommodate 3 additional cars. We have been able to accommodate many trucks and U-haul, with advanced notice. Trailers, Uhauls, RVs, and van lifers should be able to fit. We do not have any hookups, dumps, or other RV amenities.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
