Unwind in your renovated, centrally located duplex, updated in 2021. Nestle into two cozy queen beds and savor meals prepared in your full kitchen. Relax in the backyard with a firepit and Adirondack chairs, or enjoy TV shows and movies on Roku or log into Netflix. Your pets are welcome in the fully fenced back yard, and a washer and dryer make your stay convenient. Traveling with other friends, family, or co-workers that want to be nearby but with their own space? Check to see if the next door unit called "The Explorer" is available! We also have 2 more similar units in the same neighborhood called "The Retro" and "The Wildflower".
Please Note:
Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. The garage is not included and locked off from guest use.
HEAT /AC | The home has strong heat & A/C, however, due to the layout of the house, the bedrooms can still get warm during summer/cool in winter. Fans and space heaters are provided to assist with airflow to best meet each guest's needs.
DOGS | We kindly ask that dog owners (1) use the couch cover if their pet will be on the couch, and (2) pick up after their pets outside. Breed Restrictions: We do not believe in breed restrictions but ask that all of our guests use the bathroom in the appropriate places. Fenced backyard is xeriscape with gravel. The unfenced front yard is grass. One side of the backyard fence is a 4ft chainlink and goes to the other side of the duplex's backyard. If both guests have dogs, they would be able to see each other. The rest of the property fence is a 6ft wooden fence.
DUPLEX | The property is considered multi-family, meaning that there is a unit located next door sharing a common wall. So far, there haven't been any issues with noise or privacy, but it may affect your expectations and stay.
FIREPIT | Please follow local burn ban rules and make sure to extinguish appropriately when done using. Firewood is not provided.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
